Add a tree to the Ancient Tree Inventory
Put old trees on the map and you’ll be helping us fight to protect them.
Ancient trees are as much a part of our heritage as stately homes, cathedrals and works of art. But they don’t get the same protection.
Once you’ve spotted an old tree, adding a record is easy.
- 1. Find and plot the location of the tree.
- 2. Enter basic information about the tree such as species, girth size and access.
- 3. Your tree record will automatically be sent for checking and approval by one of our verifiers.
