This tree is recorded in the ATH Register of Named Trees as the "Cathederal Oak".
Not sure when the 10.15m girth was recorded, but I measured it at 10.5m minimum at 1.3m. If 10.16m is the 2008 measurement, then 35cm expansion in 18 years is quite possible.
