I went to visit this tree last week to collect some acorns with my dad. He always used to come here when he was younger, so we thought it'd be fun to go together. I have planted the acorns in my garden - I can't wait to watch them grow!
This wonderful tree escaped damage from Storm Doris and Storm Euan in Feb 2017.
Merged with tree 210088, Cherry Krol, 2020. Location of 210088 was better so location updated.
Friends of Wollaton Park have an article on the tree. Including a 2025 aerial shot. https://friendsofwollatonpark.org.uk/wollaton-park-wildlife/wollaton-park-trees/oak-trees/#Arbour
