Location given as "Alders Shaw". The shoots are epicormic, a reaction to the tree having fallen over.
Grid reference should be TQ33734 50918. This tree is now protected by TPO TA/2025/07. It has also now been confirmed by Natural England has being located within Alders Shaw ancient wet woodland.
