The site does need a full survey to confirm the location accurately and measure girths accurately. Looks like there are 3 /4 good trees here. Anyone local who can do this?
I plan to start verifying trees in Flintshire this spring - there's a large backlog - and I'll put this on the list.
Site surveyed and trees measured today. There is a line of 9 large veteran oaks in the field - an old hedge line? The trees have all lost most of their crowns and are greatly retrenched. All are veterans and a couple possible ancients.
